All returned items must be back to Elizabeth and Eve Boutique within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our shop after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity. All promotional/flash sale items are final sale. Once your return is approved, we will refund the original payment method. We do not cover any shipping costs for returned items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
If the item is in stock in the desired exchange size we will try to accommodate you. When filling out the return authorization, please put your desired size in the notes and someone will contact you regarding an exchange.
Elizabeth and Eve Boutique offer some products that are non-returnable.

· Due to hygienic purposes, bralettes, leggings/yoga pants, hats/beanies, eyewear, and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
· Items returned that are over the 14 business days that have been allowed for Elizabeth and Eve receiving a return.
Once we receive your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be processed. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your refund has been processed.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days business days from receiving your item to contact us.Please do not send it back until you have approval from the return processing center. Fill out the return authorization and please put damaged as your reason for returning. In a damage circumstance, we will refund the order.

· Allow 7 business days to for your return to be processed.
